Pine Brothers Throat Drops

Just in time for a minor cold with a very sore throat I got to try out Pine Brothers throat drops. Pine Brothers have been around since 1870 and are American made! Combining the soothing natural qualities of glycerin with the healing properties of gum acacia, Mr. Pine, a former German confectionery maker created softish throat drops.

These are not your ordinary sore throat drops. They are soft not hard and don't have any menthol like a lot of throat drops have. I found the drops to be very soothing. While sucking on them they made my throat feel better but as soon as they were gone I felt the soreness again. They do last a long time though because they can't be chewed like hard throat drops. You have to suck till they are gone!

The drops come in three different flavors: Wild Cherry and Natural Honey. My favorite was the wild cherry. It's not too overpowering like some cherry flavors can be. I also love the pucks they come in. You can just throw it in your purse without taking up much space!
