Pumpkin Patch

 I put this magic mesh screen door together and up on the patio door. It totally does not work like it's supposed to. Look at this picture. See how happy that lady is and how easily she's going through the screen? NOPE she's a liar. As long as you don't go through it, it works fine.

Sunday we went to the pumpkin patch! It was kind of warm out but the worst part is the sun beating down on you. It is so intense. Even though Phoenix is much hotter the sun didn't feel like it was shooting death rays into your cells.

Evan loved the pumpkin patch and picked out a cute little pumpkin to take home. It was fun but I needed cooler weather to get that fall feeling.

 After that we came home and made Halloween sugar cookies. I let Evan help me with the cookies and it took much longer. By the time the cookies were ready to be frosted I was so over making cookies. I just globbed frosting on. I just wanted to go to bed.  But the cookies are yummy and I'm eating one right now!
